We had an issue with the boiler so I called Allstar Systems and William got straight back to me and arranged to visit within the hour. The issue was sorted quickly so we had access to heating and hot water. William provided me with details of the repairs that were required and an appointment made for these to be completed as well as a boiler service. A quote was provided for the work which I agreed to and the work was carried out a few days later. I am impressed with the communication received and the work undertaken by William and the team. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Really great service from William from Allstar Systems. I gave him a call directly because our boiler packed up on Friday evening. He attended within a couple of hours even though he was miles away attending another job. He showed me the problem with the boiler and explained everything in layman's terms. He got the boiler working and gave honest recommendations for the future regarding the boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending him and this company.

Will and Ash did a great job. Will arrived very quickly and pointed out several safety critical elements that hadn't been noticed by previous plumbers, he then prioritised sorting it. We really appreciated their skill in considering the whole heating and hot water system (not just one element). We now have a safe and working boiler, underfloor heating and hot water system and would recommend Allstar to anyone.

Initially called William at Allstar because of concerns with my underfloor heating.
He identified the problem without hesitation and advised other areas in great need of improvement, which have already made a significant, noticeable difference.
I cannot speak highly enough of both him and Ashley. Both were very polite, professional, tidy and punctual.
Had all work carried out to the highest standard and at every stage, William was very patient, explaining everything in full.

Called out Allstar for a broken-down boiler which had been on its last legs for a while. They were the quickest company to respond, came straight out, organised a replacement boiler and installed it quickly and professionally. I called Allstar Systems at 5.00 in the morning when I found that my boiler was malfunctioning. William identified the problem and talked me through the process in making sure the house was safe and secure. The next day his team installed a new cylinder and I was impressed how swiftly the company resolved this problem and took the stress out of a really stressful situation. Couldn't be happier with William and Ashley at Allstar. Booked in very quickly and easily when boiler had an issue, then easily enough for repairs and servicing a few weeks later. The team were flexible enough to bring the apt forward a week and diligently replaced the parts as originally recommended and provided our yearly service. Very responsive to calls and emails.
Ashley was very professional, friendly, kindly showing and explaining some parts to me and what it could mean/need. Will be booking in with them again for any further issues and servicing needs.

Had a major problem with our hot water system that William sorted and replaced in a very timely manner. Keeping us in the loop on time scales for replacement parts along with how the work schedule would be completed. Being without hot water over the Christmas period seemed like a real possibility but Allstar made sure we were sorted professionally and promptly.

Our boiler died during a freezing February week and after being messed around by an emergency engineer, William was an absolute hero. Within two days of contacting him our new boiler was in and heating our radiators and hot water more efficiently than ever. I have never encountered a heating engineer who is so friendly and professional and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had a dangerous issue with our oil fired boiled and William came out as an emergency. He ensured the safety of our tenants and had a new boiler installed ASAP with no disruption to our guests. He also talked us through some basic procedures and was very quick to get back to us when needed.
Very reliable and have recommended to other landlords who prioritise safety.
Hopefully we won't need them to attend again. But if we do we know we'll be in safe hands.

Having brought a house with a boiler that was extremely old and not working - Allstar was very quick to get back to me with a quote and when they can install. I was extremely happy that they could install a couple of days later as I didnt have hot water and heating. They turned up on time arranged and rapidly swapped my boiler over so I had heating and hot water. Would highly recommended.

Will and his team did an excellent job of installing an unvented cylinder, upgrading the central heating system and a new boiler. He also helped to replace new kitchen and bath taps.

Called Allstar Systems for an emergency call out to check the boiler and oven, after our carbon monoxide alarm went off. Will was upfront with the cost, came as quickly as he was able to, and kept in touch with us when he was running behind schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our boiler and did a thorough check for any carbon monoxide. Would recommend to anyone who requires help with their boiler/heating systems.

Im so impressed by this company. My boiler broke on a Sunday, and by Tuesday Will and his team had installed a new boiler. They were everything you ever want from such a company; professional, knowledgeable, very prompt in all communication, excellent workmanship, everything tidied up after them etc. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was not left in minus temperatures for a minute longer than necessary.

Will and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. Contacted Allstar Systems with a problem in a tenanted property. The tenant was complaining of a loud 'foghorn' type of noise when running the hot water system.
Will responded to my call immediately and promptly attended the property, identifying the problem as a faulty ball valve which was then replaced.
From beginning to end, Will was efficient, polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend using Allstar Systems again.

I cant recommend Will and his team enough. Our heating broke on the Sunday and Will responded straight away and came on Monday. We ended up needing a new boiler and Will worked the following weekend to get it sorted knowing we had a baby. He explained everything and was friendly and always punctual. I wont ever use anyone one else for repairs.

Allstar Systems installed a new replacement gas boiler for me a couple of years ago in my new home in Norwich and they have completed the annual service on it twice since then. All is going well, and I am very pleased to have a new (and much more efficient) Worcester Bosch condensing combo boiler installed, especially since the recent drastic increase in the cost of my gas by over 90 percent in April 2022!

My parents ageing boiler had been playing and finally gave up the ghost. Called Allstar and spoke to will who was there within 3 hours. Took the time to show me the issues and gave me a number of options. We decided to go for a new boiler and this included filters, powerflush, vertical flue and new controller with thermostat. All work was done to an exceptional standard and within a day. My parents are really happy with it and more importantly they were very comfortable with having the three Allstar guys in their home. They were professional, polite and patient when handing over the system. Also very happy to take a call to explain the system to me so that I can get them working again when the inevitable "user error" crops up! Highly recommended.

I would 100% recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs! We have used them on a couple of occasions and most recently they really did save the day (we had a boiler leak on NYs Day!!) Ashley could not have been more helpful and responded instantly despite it being a bank holiday. Allstar Systems are reliable and are incredibly reasonably priced. Ashley took safety very seriously which was very reassuring during the pandemic. 5 stars from me, I couldnt recommend enough!!
