I called JR as the Worcester Boiler gave up. Phone answered quickly, followed by James at my door shortly afterwards. Diagnosed the fault, ordered the parts and came back the next morning, earlier than expected too! Found another fault, a few adjustments, now Ive got heating and water and a quieter boiler too. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent. Very highly recommended.

Excellent service. We were very pleased with the way in which James approached the task of replacing our very old office boiler system. He managed the whole process of removal of the old installation, including asbestos removal, electricals etc and installed the new kit. We were kept fully informed throughout the process . An excellent job.

James did an excellent job with replacing hose for a number of my gas appliances for my glamping events business. He will be coming back in a week's time to fit a new lpg water heater. As ever, incredible. Our gas pipe had a leak and was shut off in an emergency late last night. I left him a message through his online system, he confirmed at 6am the next morning and dealt with one of the worst gas leaks hes ever seen. Quick, professional, friendly - honestly I can't ask for anything more. So impressed. Highly recommended.

Weve had our boilers serviced over several properties now and have no hesitation recommending James. You can easily book a time online, and you are automatically kept informed of upcoming appointments, and when he is due to arrive. He is respectful of your property and gets on with the job, carefully explaining whats needed and what he has done. He is knowledgeable at getting to the root cause of problems and takes pride in his work.

We asked james to service our boiler but we also asked him to just give it an all over check as we had just moved house and didnt know how old it was or if it needed replacing. He serviced it and replaced a part to help our pressure from dropping. He was really accommodating when booking us in, making sure the time worked for us, he came out quickly and was really friendly. We asked for honesty on if the boiler needed replacing or if it could wait for a while and james gave us peace of mind that it would probably wait for a while.

We had a pressure issue with our boiler and a horrible thumping noise, but we were able to book an appointment the next day and James managed to fix the issue in less than an hour! Very friendly and reasonably priced and a thorough explanation as to what was wrong. Will definitely be using James again :)

Excellent customer service.
James was my service engineer, he was really good, talked me through everything, I had some issues with my boiler, he found the problem straight away and sorted it all.
Was really nice to just have a decent professional person come out and have a hassle free appointment. I will definitely be using JR heat as my go to company for any future needs.
